Chaos unfolded outside a busy South Florida casino Monday night after a well-known music star was shot, prompting a swift police response and an ongoing investigation.

A spokesperson for Offset confirmed the incident to Page Six, telling the outlet, “We can confirm Offset was shot and is currently at the hospital receiving medical care. He is stable and being closely monitored.”

The shooting reportedly happened near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, a popular destination in Hollywood known for its nightlife and entertainment.

According to authorities, the incident took place shortly after 7 p.m. in a valet area outside the venue.

Police said the victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital for treatment.

Law enforcement responded quickly to the scene.

Officials stated, “Seminole Police were on site immediately, and the situation was contained quickly.”

They added that two individuals have been detained in connection with the shooting, though further details about their involvement have not yet been released.

“The investigation is ongoing. The site is secure, and there is no threat to the public. Operations continue as normal,” police said in a statement.

Authorities have not identified a suspect or confirmed what may have led to the violence. The motive behind the shooting remains unclear.

The incident has raised concern given the high-profile nature of the location and the celebrity involved, but officials emphasized that the situation was quickly brought under control.

As investigators continue to piece together what happened, more details are expected to emerge.

This remains a developing story.
