Sportswear brand Adidas is facing criticism over its model for one of its swimsuits.

On Wednesday, conservative author Oli London tweeted a screen shot from Adidas’ website of its “pride swimsuit.”

“The new Adidas Women’s Swimwear Range modeled by…men,” he wrote.

One user responded, “Another brand to boycott.”

Another wrote, “I’m running out of brands to wear…”

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.) chimed in with, “I’m old enough to remember when women actually modeled women’s bathing suits, not men.”

I’m running out of brands to wear…😖

I'm old enough to remember when women actually modeled women's bathing suits, not men. 🙃 https://t.co/kOvXvmDzHt

MEN, STAY IN YOUR FREAKING LANE.

QUIT TAKING OVER WOMEN’S PLACE IN THE WORLD. WE HAVE FOUGHT DAMN HARD FOR IT.

SHAME ON YOU, @adidas !!!! https://t.co/qT09SzZ9bt

We went from criticizing the use of only skinny female models due to body dysmorphia concerns in young girls, to now using male models with completely different body structures than women, for women's clothing.

Make it make sense. https://t.co/N2LSxe1HGS

We are such a fallen, depraved society and brands like @adidas are happily pushing the delusion that men can be women… https://t.co/yrGaowKJgu

F you @adidas https://t.co/ZKtkVdgCmh

Adidas is not the only athletic apparel company to face criticism for its modeling choices in recent weeks.

Nike was criticized after it partnered with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney to advertise its female sportswear line.
